Immortals: Fenyx Rising

I'm going the opposite way; I'll grab Cyberpunk next year (probably, though I may cave in yet :p) and play this on release instead. Though that's mainly because I'm subbed to Ubi+ and I'm only about 25% of the way through Valhalla so far.

Does this game have RT do we know? Started AC Valhalla whilst I have my 2080 but want to keep the RT eye candy for when my 3080 arrives so the likes of Legion and Cyberpunk will be on hold.

Played about 20 minutes or so now, and very much hooked. Few quick bits of info/things I have noticed.

1. You have Stamina while climbing/swimming and maybe other activities I haven't got that far, i just drowned.

1. The map needs to be "scouted" like in Assassins Creed to uncover the map.

3. Enemies can break trees, and you can break stumps/foliage.
I've heard you may find Loot in foliage upon breaking it.

4. Definitely a combination of Breath of The Wild and Assassins Creed, going by the climbing/scouting aspects, but I am really enjoying it.

5. There are certain types of puzzles in the game, but yet to explore any.

6. You can see other players photos on the map, like in Assasins Creed with a "like" marker shown.

Not bad at all, like the art style, gameplay seems fine sort of AC crossed with something Nintendo-ey, judging by the size of the map it looks like it will be a 20-30 hour game. Some of the jokes are a little hit and miss but it plays well, very good level of polish and runs very well.

Really enjoying this. I am not one for sitting back with a controller but this is just perfect for that. Looks great, plays great and has a nice wee story line.

So it seems people are actually really liking this. I personally thought it looked awful from what I'd seen. Was I mistaken?

Well I will say this...I wouldnt buy it. Its a decent chillout game, seems like a good game to just have a little relaxed run about in as a side game to your maingame, I have Ubisoft+ sub so getting it via that makes it something I'll play from time to time when I want to have something colourful and funny to mess about on but if I didnt have the Ubi Sub I'd not spend my cash on it. Its sort of like that TV show that you dont go out of the way to watch but if you're flicking through the channels and happen to stumble across it, you'll watch it for half an hour or so until the show you want comes on :)

Most enjoyable game of the year for me, only other gamees i enjoyed this much were HADES and MSFS2020.
Its so much better than valhalla, does everything better.
I subbed to uplay+ to play both but this has taken most of my game time.

Summed up well here
