Immortals of Aveum system reqs released. 2080 Super for low lmao

So ive played about an hour and 15 mins, through the opening scenes and the training.

DLSS frame generation is borked, everything shimmers from it, including the text on the hud, im guessing it might be fixed in the next nvidia driver.

Performance - with no dlss 2 or 3 i get about 60ishfps at 4k - with dlss2 i get about 70-80fps. with frame generation i get 116, the max off my lg cx is set to.

It looks nice sometimes a bit pre rendered looking at others.

Im enjoying the story so far, the combat feels fun too, ill hold off till a patch or driver fixes the frame generation problem. Id say its in about the same state jedi survivor was when it launched but with the benefit of dlss this time around so not great, but its EA, what did we expect anything to be different?

I played it now on my desktop PC and none of the issues I have with the Laptop. In terms of performance I agree with you and Jedi Survivor is exactly what I thought. I'm going to hold off until it is patched (if it is) before playing properly as there also seems to be some weird mouse input lag, playing with a pad was better.

Such a shame as I was looking forward to playing this today. I'm beginning to get a little disheartened with gaming now, everything seems to be a disappointment these days especially the so called AAA games. If Starfield is the same think I'll be calling it a day!

I think its just EA mainly, i sub to EA play pro mainly to get fifa each year since you get the ultimate edition so it works out the same, i see the other games as a bonus, Madden 24 - absolute mess, the golf game they released the month month, a complete mess, jedi, complete mess.

I am enjoying the story here, with jedi i could look past the graphical issues but it had a game breaking problem, since discovery is so key to it, when you save the mobs respawn, meaning you can going around in circles wondering if you have been there or not and the map is hideous for it and really difficult to follow when youre lost.

I've got EA Play Pro too, had it for a good price last year but it's due to renew next month so based on what I've seen this year I don't think I'll bother renewing (I don't play Fifa).

So - the new nvidia drivers with the dlss 3.5 came out - i thought with frame generation it might have fixed the ghosting but sadly not, although it look as if it runs better than it did yesterday.

there is no dlss 3.5 games yet, no matter what driver you have

and dlss 3.5 is not backwards compatible with old dlss implementations, it requires an update to the game from the developer

the first game with dlss 3.5 will be Alan Wake 2

Ah cool, thanks for that - must have had rose tinted graphics on that it looked sharper :D
