Hiya, I'm having a problem it seems.

I've received two emails this afternoon regarding the pre-order. I confirmed my choice shortly after 5:00am via email but had to ring up at 9:00am to get it sorted because my original order contained some products which have already been shipped and the gfx card was placed on back order which meant a new order had to be created. This was done and payment details were given again today. I received order confirmation at 9:10am.

Since then I've received two further emails, one 'last chance' one and one 'please contact us urgently'.

Original order: 4312811
New order: 4323508

Please can you confirm my card choice (Gigabyte BF4) will be shipped for delivery on Monday to the address in today's order and that the two emails I received after 9:10 were in error?

The golden ticket doesn't come in the box, you get an email from what I understand from reading on here. No idea how soon you should receive the email tho.

Mine is going to be delivered this evening between 5pm and 6pm(well 4.56pm and 5.56pm), I was hoping for it to be here by 1pm before I go to work(well if I am working as I get a text everyday saying if I'm in or not). Mum will be home so there will be someone to sign for it.
 
If you do not have the ticket, please message me in the Order section of the customer service section with your order number saying this, and I can arrange for this to be sent out via email. :)

So does that mean it should come with the card/s? I've not received an email mentioning the golden ticket yet so was wondering, will see tonight after work(get home 10.30pm) if anything is in the box.

It should be an email, if you do not get the email with the ticket, then please give me your order number in the customer service section and I will look into it for you. :)
 
R9 290x in da house

Pat & the cat just been, my 290x in da house, can't wait to get home from work.. OcUK what a service you guys are No1# in customer service. Thanks again,:):):) keep taking the pro-plus and energy drink and have a great weekend.
 
I'm hoping that those of us who placed a deposit for a launch day card and weren't fortunate enough to have theirs sent yesterday will qualify for a Saturday delivery ?
