I've my eye on a few monitors from ebay in the states. Has anyone here imported a used/refurbished monitor before?
Is the VAT man likely to interfere? If so, how much would he charge for a used product?
I'll be paying by credit card - does the usual insurance that comes with using a credit card apply to international orders, or with good from ebay?
