Impressed with logitech customer support

Received my G502 yesterday and very pleased with it so far :)

Very impressed with Logitech! Wish more companies valued their customers in the same way.
 
They are generally good yes.

My G700 has developed a fault where the mouse wheel tilt left doesnt register anymore which is a shame as i use the tlit left and right often for MMOs.

I got in contact with Logitech and i knew it was out of warranty (over 3 years) but they said they would have replaced it, but i must have thrown out the receipt so they couldnt do anything :(

Im kinda hoping that they release a new G700 series mouse like they are doing with the rest of their mice atm.
 
Managed to give them a call in the end to resolve my issue and they sent me a new mouse. Bit of a hassle to actually track down their number at first but impressed with them thereafter.

Logitech can take a running jump to be honest. I contacted them about a broken foot on a keyboard and they said there was nothing they could do. I was happily prepared to pay for a spare foot but they don't/won't sell them as spare parts.

I despise companies that refuse to sell spare parts, especially ones which are easily broken or can wear out. It's lazy and smacks of a deliberate ploy to make you buy a new product rather than keep your old one going.

Did the same to me, G15v2, just out of warranty said they had no stock.
Explained to them I was a "long standing customer" ended up with a nice discount on my next purchase :)
