Been with orange for 15 months now, rang them today to see about upgrading my handset a little early as my current one has given up the ghost!

Was originally told that it would cost me £200 for the N95 as well as my £40 p/m contract. Reason being I'm still in the contract so they don't offer cheap upgrades.

Told the lady I wasn't happy with that as the website stated £80 for the handset, she put me on hold then told me I can have the handset free and as soon as they get it in stock!

So I should have a nice new N95 on my way soon to replace the dead k800i.

Been a fantastic contract the past year too, £40 a month (after tax) for unlimited text messages and 600 minutes a month.

Very happy Orange customer!

Im 15 months into my Orange contract as well on the same tariff as you except im paying £35 a month!

Cant wait to get shot of them to be honest and get back to O2.
 
Well, i'm quite impressed with Orange today aswell!

I didnt want a new phone, but wanted my free orange broadband and didnt want to pay lots of money (£40 a month is ridiculous!)

So i am now on £15 pm (1st 9 months) then £20 pm (last 9 months).

Totaling £315 for 18 months compared to my old ridiculous £720 for 18 months. Saving me £405!

And as i had to get a new phone (otherwise no free broadband becuase i would be put on a 12 month contract) i got the HTC p3450 for £24.99 which i will sell as i dont want it (love my current m600).

I'm very impressed and happy!
 
Our company moved to orange late last year, now we dont get phone calls ringing and the signal is usually indicating all or nothing. Yesterday I checked my voicemail and had 5 "new" messages, one was from just ater the new year, the notifications service isnt working very well either.
Glad someone is having luck with them though.
 
I find Orange to be very hit and miss with different people.

I personally love them, I'm paying £25pm for 900 mins and Unlimited texts. (I was +£70 before that).

Been with them for about 3 years+ now. I Love You Orange :)
