I don't think it was so much the speed but the fact that he was driving on whatever they call the Hard Shoulder over there.

Meant to say drunk idiots but it was cencored. But yeah, generally it's not exactly safe to drive 100mph on a road that busy especially.

Basically it's a ramp infront of a big concrete pillar with no crash barrier preventing access to it
I'd be very surprised if you could find a similar setup on a u.k motorway
