Great exercises. I am a bit of a grammar nazi but I think I have definitely been using the semicolon and hyphen in the wrong places!

It would take me longer to type in your style than to type in reasonable quality English. I didn't read past your first line because I guessed the gist of the rest, but also because its difficult to read and makes me not want to read it.

Good link, OP. Some things there I was unaware of

this and also im an Engineer not a school teacher.

Being able to use your native language properly is a basic life skill that any adult should have, not an esoteric art reserved for teachers and academics.

Good sentence structure and use of grammar can make a very big difference in how people perceive you and how persuasive your writing is. In fact, any well-educated person reading some prose of yours will almost certainly take it less seriously if it has poor sentence structure and grammar.
