Improving airflow

I want to improve my airflow in my case, it's nicely setup, all the wires are tucked under the motherboard etc.
I'm using a Antec p182 at the moment, no added fans. So just the intake on the top, and then the extractor fan.

But i want to put some more fans in, probably 1300rpm noctua's(silent and generally awesome

)

I want some advice on where to put the fans, and where to use intake/extract.

If you need to see inside my case, just ask ill draw a quick something on paint :cool:

unsure where to put the fans but a general rule is to intake near the bottom of the case and exhaust near the top as heat rises

would it be silly to use a 120mm fan? or are 80mm more appropriate?

depends on the size of the case really, the 120s will move the same air as an 80 but at a slower speed =quieter
