Improving Grip??

Honestly though you'll get more from static hands and plate pinches than anything else. Though those grimpmasters that climbers use will also help. It takes time to build grip though.
 
Grip is one of the fast things to improve. You'll find initially you get massive pumps and fast fatigue. It's because the wrist flexors are used in pretty much every lifting exercise, they're hammered in every workout.

Grip circuit of the gods:

Farmers walks
Step ups
Hanging finger pullups (finger tips supporting bodyweight on chinup station, slowly close grip and open again)
Plate pinches

Forearms of fiiiiiireeee! :p

Don't think this has been mentioned but you could always go for a one arm barbell curl (I daresay one could eventually become profficient enough to look cool in front of the girls:D)
