Right,
I posted a thread here some time ago regarding the same issue, but need further advice....
My colleague has his BT Consumer socket installed in his hallway at the front of his house. He has a wireless router connected to this. He has an office in his back garden where he intends to access the internet connection via wifi.
We have tried installing a large directional antennae onto his router without resolving the issue. In order to get reception in his garden room, the wireless signal needs to be broadcast/repeated from a room towards the rear of the house (we tried moving the router(albeit minus internet connection) to a room at the rear of the house and reception was good in the garden room.).
Ideally we would like to avoid having to get BT out to install a telephone line extension.
Is there any device I could purchase which could take a wireless signal and then repeat it?
Cheers
