Get your Mars bars in now! We're running out of chocolate

The chocolate bar of the future will be sludgy in texture and sweeter in taste, as cheaper ingredients such as sugar and vegetable oil will be used instead of the more expensive cocoa.
“I have tasted the chocolate bar of the future and it’s nothing like the chocolate we know and love,” said Mr Kennedy, who predicted that the world’s supply of cocoa beans would run dry by 2020.

What you mean like American chocolate (horrible stuff). I think we'll be OK. We will just have to pay more for a decent bar. Will GM help us produce more I wonder?

I bought 2 x 4 bar multipacks of Mars bars and 1 x 4 pack of Topic yesterday for £2. That's about 16p a bar. :D

Most popular chocolate has gotten significantly worse over the last few years. Cadburys chocolate is atrocious and Galaxy isn't upto the standard that they once were.
Stuff from Nestle and Mars are still pretty much the same.
Also most shops are charging 60-80p for a chocolate bar which is abit OTT!

Would be a big swing. You can get 85% cocoa chocolate from Tesco for £1/100g. It's great.

But, anyway, Dairy Milk is only something like 20% cocoa isn't it?
