Do any of you guys have a screen inside your case and if so which one do you use?

Are they useful I know they look cool, I'm thinking of adding one, is it worth it

My Corsair 780t is going strong don't really want to upgrade the case

I just got a 5" screen from amazon or ebay, fairly generic and run Aida64 on it.

Is it worth it is a hard question. If you like to monitor stuff, particularly whilst gaming, then yes is good. It does look cool too.

You can use any old android devices
You have lying around
I have used phones,7 inch tablet, 10 inch tablets
Currently using an old lenovo yoga tablet
One of my favourites as can also use it as external display
As its got a great metal kickstand built into it
It's something like android 6
But still works fine for this

Aida64 you can do good sensor panels
But it's time consuming to make them
In the past I used a free app
Forgot the name now something like pitikapp
Much simpler to use you can make a basic sensor panel
In a minute
Might not look as nice as an Aida64 one
But it still does the job of showing temperatures, fan speed etc
And very simple to use

My desk isn't big enough to have my case on my desk, unfortunately. It's a very nice case too, so would be nice to look at it.

But it's certainly something I'd probably do if it was and I had a bit of spare time.

Maybe just to have a video or someone looking like they're trapped inside the case for my enjoyment.

The entire front of my case is a screen :).

It runs a custom skin using AIDA64 to show system stats but you don't have to stop there - get Wallpaper Engine from Steam (£3.49) and have it run an animated wallpaper of your choosing of which there are thousands or make your own. I've also had it display the doorbell camera, share prices, live SpaceX launch, news etc. Anything you want to keep an eye on while your main PC screen is busy is possible.

It's incredibly useful and I don't know why more case manufacturers don't have it as a feature instead of the boring fronts we have now.
