Earlier today I hear a crackling noise coming from inside my machine, followed by that distinct smell of something important burning. It turned out to be the PSU, from my Antec Sonata II.

What I need help with is how to go about RMA'ing it, as I appear to have lost the receipt. I'm assuming that OcUK keep records of all their transactions, but would it be possible for me to gain my order number, as proof of purchase, so I can RMA it by sending it Antec?

Many Thanks,
Limehouse.

Would check your emails as order/invoices emails are sent to customers during transactions. Best to telephone them though on Monday when open.

Shop matters are'nt really allowed to be talked about on the forum as far as I know but beleive if you know whenabouts it was ordered Overclockers will be able and kind enough to do the best tey can to help. Ring early as they are always busy.

Good luck.

Phone on monday, ask someone at sales to search for your postcode so they can find the order number for your psu which you will need in order to RMA it.

Yep they keep all transactions on record. They need your credit card details, thats what i did when my Gskill ram was faulty and lost recipt ect.
