Can anyone recommend good in ear headphones. I've heard that the Sony MDR EX 90LP are supposed to be good. There are also some Shure models at about the same price (up to £100) but I've no experience of them. There's Etymotic Research too.

I currently use some cheaper Sony in ear phones (about £30) which are much better than the ones Apple supply with the iPod or the in ear Apple ones but looking for something better.

Any ideas ?

I have the Sure ones about £60 I think. I've read the Etymotic are a bit better. I'd go for them if I were to change. The Sure are OK, seem a touch flat and laid back, there good, but I have to admit I expected more.

I got some Senn CX300 and they do a really good job, they only cost £25 if you search on ebay.

Heres a review i found of them comparing to the Sony earphones i had before. I was pretty happy with the Sony ones but they got tangled up in my bike wheel so thought id get these to replace them for £5 cheaper :) . The main thing that annoyed me about the Sony ones was the tangle free wire that managed to tangle itself every time i got it out of my pocket  .

Best In ear headphones sub £100 can buy, may be not best for value but still worth it. I use mine all the time.

I went for the Sony ones last Saturday. I'm more than happy with them as they are much better than my previous Sony ones and miles better than the Apple ones.
