Irrational dislike of Porsche and deeply misplaced love of VAG.

In all honesty, I prefer the looks of the R8 Roadster. The 911 Cabriolet has always been a slightly odd looking car.

I'd personally save up for a Gallardo Spyder!

Less flashy brand that Porsche.

911 Turbo Cab reminds me of the 1980s, shoulder pads and Dynasty.

Both great performance cars obviously, but its a matter of personal taste at the end of the day.

There's no objective answer to a question which by its nature is going to attract subjective, personalised answers.

An Audi R8 Roadster is an Audi R8 Roadster, whereas a 911 Turbo Cab is... just another Porsche on the road.

I can count the same number of 911's I see in a day as I count R8's in a year...

Don't like Porsches. Not much of a fan of the R8 but between the two the R8 wins

I'd have the Porsche for the following reasons:

- 2 extra seats.
- I think it's infinitely more pretty than the R8.
- Yes it's significantly less powerful than the R8 but in a realistic world I doubt I'd utilise that extra power.
- Less ostentatious.

Erm probably the Porsche cab, the R8 looks a tad odd without the hard top roof. I also suspect more fun would be had in the Porsche.

Yea, you wouldn't want to go hundreds of miles sat there but for brief trips they'd be fine

lol jacob. just looking at a few on autotrader, some of the side pics make them look like 2 seaters! (ok ok im trying to justify my rubbish knowledge of 911 cabs).

the 911 cab does look horrible mind, the rear end just seems meh! they looks even worse with a hard top on
