posted a topic THIS MORNING still no reply.

so ill move one here to see what experiences you guys have had with them.

i orderd the items tuesday. and payed an extra ***** for next day delivery.

i payed for the item 7:19, so obviously i wasnt expecting it today. so surely it will arrive tomorrow?

apparently not. as im still in the queue. which seems wierd since i PAYED for next day delivery. (meaning it would come thursday) booked a day off work JUST SO would be in to collect the thing.. checking order status tonight i see its still in the bloody queue...

surely if it was suppost to arrive tomorrow they would have dispatched it by now? ive checked every item i buy and there is atleast 3 or 4 in stock according to there website.

anyone have any ideas whats happening? because clearly OCuk dont.
 
If it was a pre-built system, you will get it next day from dispatch. They also have to make the build.

Edit - If not then grab your lightsaber
 
had this a few times, if its not a pre built system it usually means no stock, i can only go on what ive been through so might be different. Give em a ring in the morning, they will be able to let you know on the phone straight away.
 
had a post in customer service forums since 9am thismorning.. no reply or view by anyone. figured you guys would be able to tell me something... and you did,

what else am i suppost to do. didnt have time to call them as i had to get to work.

kinda dissapointed considering this is the first time i orderd with them... and even payed more cus i thought i would be getting the stuff sooner.

Do people not know how to use phones anymore? It seems when ever anyone has an order dispute they just want to post up here and moan about it rather than talk to a REAL LIVE PERSON ON THE PHONE who will no doubt fix any problem in no time at all.

Also, had you even bothered to read the product page rather than **** your pants about not getting a new PC the very next day, you may have noticed this:
