Including seminars on your CV? (Not attended, but giving one)

Is it normal practise to include any seminars you've given in your field of work? These are high profile seminars which are known within the engineering circles.

Yes, near the end. If you have done >5 just name most impressive 5 (and nothing over 3 years old). Single line description max about each one.

Agreed, shows both depth of knowledge and public speaking skills.

I include in house training I've done for garduate engineers on mine for the same reasons, but seminars are better especiallyif they had a Q&A session but that maybe me hating people expressing their views and not having to back them up.

Yes I would put them on there, it's quite common in my line of work to see it on peoples CVs.
