Increase BIOS / Boot Time

Hey i have an Asus P5Q Pro Turbo and would like to hear of some ways to increase the boot speed; getting to the windows loading sign. I have disabled the Express Gate and enabled Quick Boot. At the moment it takes about 20 seconds; is this normal and how much faster can i get it? Thanks

Disable boot up Floppy seek and any IDE and SATA ports that are unused, that usually helps.

I find ExpressGate quite useful so i have it enabled for 1sec, which allows u time to interrupt it if want to or goes past it pretty quickly.
