Increasing B/Band coverage

Hi hope someone can help me with this

I have a Netgear 108 Rangmax wireless modem, but its about 40ft from my Xbox 360 and PS3 and Wii, about 50% signal strength the later two dont seem to like the weaker signal, but someone mentioned putting a repeater in ??

how does this work and where can I get a reasonably priced one (dont know what they cost )

There is a big oval overclockers thingy in the top left of the screen if you click that then navigate to the networking section you will come across what you need

you can also get larger aerials which give 9-14db booster.
dirt cheap(£6ish for 2, you may need adapters at about £7 for two as well that's if your router has two aerials.) as well of a certain auction place. If you get some signal, these should work perfectly for you..

I should have mine on Monday I'll let you know how much it has boost the signal by.

I wouldn't go with my suggestion, mine arrived the other day. And I got next to no signall boost. Not sure why.

I think there is a option to turn on the extra boosting thingy wotsit.
