May as well make the seating temporary. No locals will go there after the first couple of years anyway...

I think if sensibly priced it will always be packed. Brand power in India is quite significant and can pull a lot of people.

Also amongst the 1.2bn people, there is a significant middle/upper class.
 
Is it just me or does this leave a slightly bad taste in the mouth? The country has millions living in poverty yet the giovernment sees fit to spend billions on hosting F1 when that money could be used to improve the lives of millions of impoverished people.

Shame they used photobucket in that thread for the pics, all exceeded now :(

The only thing finished in Koresa was the tarmac (badly) 6foot back from the track was an unlit, unsignposted, unstaffed, uncatered mudpit.

At least the weather should be on the Indians side like it wasn't in Korea!
