Indie Games

Bumping this instead of starting a new thread. So, I've come to the realisation that I find indie games way more enjoyable than big AAA releases nowadays, but indie games are a lot easier to miss - so what indie games are you currently playing/have previously played that you loved and think I should take a look at?

Same for multiple reasons. AAA all just seem to be excessively focus tested and all have to have X or Y feature, all normally take ages to get going and won't let you skip the tutorial stuff and worst of all these days, they don't bother to optimise any more, just push it out the door and say use dlss and fg. Indie space reminds me of ps2 era where people would take a risk and you would get a variety of games, some really weird ones as well.

Will try to avoid things others have mentioned, so for me

Echoes of the living. Old fixed camera survival horror, pretty much as close to resident evil as you can get without being resident evil. Still early access, but Liam's campaign is finished and is a good length by itself. Capcom won't do a fixed camera game :(, so indies are stepping up.

Demon Turf. Amazing platformer, you can only get the Queen's Edition now which includes Demon Turf, Demon Turf Neon Splash and Demon Turf The Tower. All three are great, the tower is a good challenge.
Demon Tides. Sequel, only played the demo, but the demo was again amazing. Fabraz just doesn't miss with 3d platformers.
Neon White. Mixture of fps and speed running. You have to kill all the demons in the level by collecting weapon cards, that have limited use and make it to the end of the level in the best time you can.

It’s so much easier to recommend quality indie titles over ‘AAA/AA’ stuff.

Seance of Blake Manor
Curse of the Golden Idol
Strange Antiquities
They are Billions

Whoa, this looks bloody brilliant!

It's the same publisher as Blue Prince but not the same guy, there are really minor similarities in some areas (talking like the pictures on the wall). Really atmospheric game, nothing too obscure that you'd need a guide for either and I enjoyed uncovering the story.
