Infinite Boot Loop

My brother has a new MSI GS70 6QE bought from here but it has recently started to BSOD randomly and it got worse on Monday to the point where it is now stuck in an infinite boot loop with every boot hitting a BSOD and 'we're working on it' BS from MS. The errors are different everytime but because it keeps hitting this cycle before reaching the log on splash screen there is no way of getting into safe mode let alone windows.

Does anyone know of a way to fix this. He won't remove the cover as it is only 5 weeks old and he isn't able to create a bootable USB at present (I might get over to him next week sometime). OcUK basically told him that he'll have to go to MSI with his problems I've told him to hold off until we've exhausted all avenues as MSI would no doubt take an age to fix and return.

I feel bad because I persuaded him to get the MSI laptop as I have an older variant but he's had nothing but issues with it since he got it.

I would start the ball rolling with MSI.

Can he get into safe mode?

Suppose it can't hurt to start the process with MSI.

Can't get into safe mode, basically it boots to the spinning wheel (just before the windows logo) and then BSOD. From there it just falls into that cycle. Tried removing power cable, holding power button down during boot up for 30 seconds, repeated with cable in.

I'm thinking the only way past it now is a USB recovery or a complete reinstall using a bootable W10 USB. Hoepfully that will give him the option of advanced repair or as I said, complete reinstall.

I thought in the new Consumer Rights Act, you deal with the retailer, not the manufacturer?

I've not seen the new CRA but the bootable USB didn't work, cut a long story short got him to the select partition for a fresh install and.... BSOD. I'm assuming it's a failed SSD at this point. Have got him to get the email sent to MSI as OcUK won't help and to be honest he doesn't want to deal with OcUK because he's had 3 issues with this purchase already and can't be bothered doing an RMA through them. I think he's just been massively unlucky with this purchase and one of the customers who slips through the net of good service but hey ho, life goes on, he got his money back for the double charged deposit and refuses to take an £8 headset + mouse mat and keyring in place of the SteelSeries Siberia headset on the promotional offer for which I can't really blame him.

Will try get hold of the MSI rep in the forum and see if he can help out.

does it have a restore partition to restore back to factory supplied windows and settings?
If it fails with factory default windows and settings it faulty and the retailer needs to fix the problem and dont be fobbed off.

It can't access anything, every boot hits a different BSOD. Even the one occasion it made it through to a fresh install from ISO on USB it got to the choose drive to install the OS on and you guessed it. BSOD. He's emailed MSI UK and will wait to see what they say, if they say it goes back to retailer then it'll go back to retailer.
