i have noticed a dead pixel(green) in the middle of the screen, which is very annoying, can someone answer these few questions for me please

1. can i send this monitor back to ocuk and will they send a replacement straight out to me.?
2. is there a method i can fix the dead pixel , remove it?

thanks for the replys, i removed the dead pixel myself, used a pencil end and took most of it away, then ran a pixer remover software for a hour, its nearly all gone
