Most places have some kind of policy in place that says you need a certain number of dead pixels before they will replace it.

SO ANNOYING! because I bought a monitor a while back that came with 1 dead pixel, right in the center of the screen lol

I think jay is right most places need a number of dead pixels before they will change it you could try contacting asus direct and see what they have to say m8.

thanks for the replys, i removed the dead pixel myself, used a pencil end and took most of it away, then ran a pixer remover software for a hour, its nearly all gone
thanks
