Information Display Software

At work I want to have screen on the wall that will show information like how much storage space is left on the hard drives including mapped ones (Maybe update every half hour). This is my main aim, but I might want to add other things later on.

Do any one know of any software that would do this? I hope you guys understand what I mean...

Thanks for the replies.

However I want to output it to maybe a 15" monitor not a small screen, unless you mean this software can be used for other screens as well as the small lcd screens you put in cases?
