infrared watch codes?

just a quick question...
does anybody have, or know the whereabouts, of the infrared codes for a TV Remote watch, i've lost the list that came with mine and can't find it anywhere... D'oh!

Is yours the casio learning one or not? I think the codes might have been different for each one
