Is there a programme that i can run on screen while in a game where i can view the % that cpu ram disk are running at?

Having a problem running the new call of duty and want to try find the problem ive brought more ram and its sorted it a little bit but still not running perfectly.

Just hoping its not my cpu.

My fps on call duty go from 70 to 30 or below then back to 70 and so on and so on very very annoying.

msi afterburner is a good overlay look up a guide on how to use and set it up right, also does your game still dip low when trying low setting just to make sure its not one of the settings causing the dips as i have heard 2 settings cause these dips

If you use windowed mode, HWiNFO64 has a ton of options you can choose from, to be displayed in your system tray.

If you have to use fullscreen, Afterburner (with RivaTuner) covers the most important ones usually. Not sure about disk usage, haven't checked. Only use that for GPU fan control and FPS display.
