Inno3D Discussion Thread

Congrats to everyone who got their cards!

However it has severely annoyed me that communication is still lacking. Gibbo didnt even mention the x4 chill cards on the forum, yet still nothing on the update from the 11th November when they were supposed to arrive on the 21st
I'm currently 7th in line for the X2 3080 and still nothing I did ring up to see if there were any updates on the cards mentioned in the forum but no updates and think theres a delay, you would think all the Inno3d cards would come on the same shipment together.

Wheres the cards? Please just give us an update atleast rather than leaving us to speculate, I swear i'll never buy any launch product from this s****y site again, competitors handled it so much better than these lot did and they still have my money!!!

OK, let's just think about the latest deliveries. Preorders of x4 3080s have arrived and have been shipped. Anyone remember ocuk mentioning they ordered these cards and that they were on their way? Last I checked from the last update on the 11th for an order of inno3d cards, they were not part of the order. Anyone else now thinking that there's been another "miscommunication" and the cards they said they ordered have not in fact been sent?

Even if it was miscommunication it seems they don't have the balls to tell us their mistake

Well I ran the card on Witcher 3 with settings on Ultra and at 4K. You could tell the thing was under load but it wasn't particularly noisy, even with 4 fans running. Max temp was 64C but it averaged out about 52C

There's nobody listening

Unfortunately that's very true, also the reason I've just bought 2 computer builds from a competitor that rhymes with "Plan". OCUK have lost thousands from me because of how they are handling this launch, and unless something monumental changes, I won't be back here again.

Another day, another useless attempt checking the forums for an update. Anyone else expecting an update stating a miscommunication and they've been sent 3060 ti's instead?

For those people who were fortunate enough to receive an RTX3080 this week, but did not receive a download code, all is not lost, as RandomHuman kindly posted his experience of how to go about getting the game and Nvidia experience codes.

I contacted them today and I suggest you follow my experience to make the transaction more smooth. Firstly take a screenshot or photo of the original order acceptance probably the 17th September which has included the eligibility for the download code. Next take a photo of the bar code from the RTX3080 box, as you will have to upload both of these as proof. I was asked for proof of OCUK running out of codes, and I used the forum text from page 1429 of the Nvidia stock situation thread and RandomHumans post there.

The chat was left with them agreeing to send an Email is a day or so, as yet I haven't received that, but it does appear to be following the same pattern as described in the earlier post.

Here is the page you need to go to: https://nvidia.custhelp.com/app/chat/chat_launch

I also said that I was prepared to accept either the Watchdogs code or the CoD code (which OCUK declined to participate in so could not offer an alternative code) as the watchdogs code might have expired.

They did ask for some email proof OCUK had run out of codes so you might want to get that first, however as mentioned earlier, they did accept the forum text.

I hope people are able to benefit from this and thanks to @RandomHuman for posting his experience in the first place.

Can anybody update on their queue position for RTX 3070 iChill X3 ? I started on 27th a month ago and have only moved one position making it 26.

I ordered a RTX 3070 Twin X2 OC, last week I was at position 52, I ordered on 9th November. I was hoping to get it built by Christmas but it's looking unlikely, I'm also 772 in queue for a Ryzen 5600 as of last week too. I don't blame anyone at OCUK as it's not their fault and Gibbo is but 1 person trying his best with limited staff and a lot going on.. I'm keeping everything crossed it comes in time, good things come to those who wait...

Hi I ordered an Inno3D 3070 iChill X3 on October 29. My first queue position was 30. It changed to 20 on Nov 3, to 18 on Nov 13 and was still 18 on Nov 27.

I haven't seen OCUK updates on Inno products since Gibbo's Nov 11 post predicting "RTX3070 ICHILL – 25 PCS; RTX3080 TWIN X2OC - 10PCS; RTX3080 ICHILL X3 – 10 PCS due in around 10 days."

Since there are two different Inno3D 3070 iChill cards which were open to pre-orders, Gibbo's prediction of 25 RTX3070 ICHILL doesn't help anyone queueing for an Inno3D 3070 at all because it could be 25 X3 or 25 X4 .... or any combination of the two!!!
