Hey all,
I've been doing a lot of running lately, as I'm training for the 2015 London Marathon, but need some advice.
I'm running 5-7km every other day, and did a half marathon (1hr 45mins) before Christmas, but the problem is my feet are getting RUINED.
I have flat feet, and believe this is contributing to the blisters, but it's getting beyond a joke now! I've got blisters on my blisters that Xzibit would be proud of.
The only solutions I can think of are:
Also, it's worth pointing out that I've tried blister socks, which do help but after 7km, my feet start to rub and it was agony to finish the half marathon for this reason.
If so, where is the best place to go looking, and if not, what would you recommend. Not posting any gruesome pictures, and don't want to turn this in to a medical thread ta

- change my running shoes
- get some insoles in my running shoes
