Install FAIL!

Heya,

So i'm just trying to install Media Go to transfer my musical playlists to my phone and it's causing me quite some grief. I formatted my computer a few days ago and have not had a problem with anything yet, all software and drivers etc are up to date. However whenever I try and install this piece of software it keeps telling me 'Another installation or uninstallation is already in progress. Please complete that installation or uninstallation before proceeding with this install.'

Are there any suggestions as to how to resolve this issue? I tried going into cmd and sfc purge (I think that's what it was called) as by suggestion of google but it seems to have not made a difference

Still having no luck with this so wondering maybe if anyone has any software suggestions to do what media go does?

Okay so after deciding to explore the problem for myself I went through my event log, which I should have just done to start with and found another piece of software I had installed was causing the issue. It was stopping media go trying to install a component. Uninstalled the other software (bluestacks, a piece of software that emulates android apps), restarted my computer, started the installer and voila!
