Install Windows 7 from Scratch or can I transfer existing windows from HDD to new SSD?

Hi Folks,

A few months ago I installed windows to a new HDD. This HDD is partitioned into 3 partitions. I've now bought a SSD.

I now have the dilemma of whether I should install windows from scratch to utilize the full advantage of the SSD.

I've read on the net it is possible to transfer the existing Windows from the HDD to the SSD.

Is there a quick and easy way to go about this? Any advice will be appreciated.
