installed games are missing??

ve just loaded up steam and all the games i had already installed now seem as there not installed. Ive looked into control panal\ add/remove and all my games are listed as installed. Anyone have any idea as to why steam would say there not installed when they are??

just re-add the steam folders and the games will be picked up.
