Installed new Mobo, CPU, and ram...PC doesnt boot

I have just installed the following parts, upgrades from the specs in my sig:

I have installed it all, checked all the connections etc several times, but the PC shows absolutely no sign of life. Any ideas? Like i say everything is definately inserted correctly, so i am now starting to think it may be a faulty mobo. There is no light on the mobo, nothing to indicate it is alive. I click to turn the pc on, and absolutely nothing happens

Yep it's on at the wall, and the switch on the ball is turned on.

I haven't tried one stick of ram, but i will now. Also, yeah the power button connection is in.

Tried one stick of RAM, still absolutely nothing.

do you have the 8pin ATX power lead connected, as well as the 24pin.

Yeah i have the 8 pin plugged in, and 24.

Yeah PSU was working absolutely fine. When you say reset cmos, do i just reset the battery?

Are the fans spinning or not? I would also suggest connecting one of the fan directly to psu to see if it spins or not. That way we can be sure that psu is fine.

Ok i looked in the mobo manual to find where to clear cmos, and i found it...But one problem, it's just 2 pins sticking up with nothing on them?

Just tried with HD and cd rom unplugged, still 0 sign of life. CPU is installed correctly, I double checked that.

Nah it's the PSU...Like i say, my 400w works with the system. RMAing the PSU.

It turns on with my old 400w, but with my 600w StealthStream 2 it shows 0 sign of life...Fans don't work, nothing works.
