Installed SSD. Thats better

System in my sig (which I need to edit)- getting on for five years old. Installed a Crucial M4, set BIOS to AHCI and rebuilt the OS and apps. Runs like a dream. Even opening web browser seems instantaneous, as does opening Word. What have I been mucking about at all this time !!!

Installed OS and applications on SSD and all my data onto my now E drive which is 2000 gig Samsung.

Glad you like it. The only upgrade thats made that much of an impact of general use was maybe going from a 19" monitor to a 24".

I love my comp now that i got a M4 as well

Super quick boot times. everything loads nice and quick, makes a nice change from my slow hdd
