Installing 8800 GTS

Hi

I'm setting up a new system and I've installed an EVGA 8800 GTS on a Gigabyte DS3R. The card seems very close to the southbridge heatsink. Is that likely to cause any problems?

If they aren't touching you should be fine.

My BFG 8800 GTS went onto a DS3R with no problems.

Mine goes right over the chipset fan about 2 millimetres away. Doesn't cause any problems though.

no contact, shouldnt be any real probs tbh, with decent case cooling however

Its in an antec p182. Everything I've read said coolings quite good.
