Installing an ISO image

Guys, I have an ISO image which is 1.2Gb but I dont have a DVD-RW drive on my laptop. How can i install it?

Also, its called XiSO. What does that mean?

Use Daemon Tools to mount a disk image like an .iso as a virtual disk. Your computer will think it's a SCSI-attached DVD drive.

EDIT: XiSO appears to be the primary format for copying Xbox games. Partaking in a little copyright infringement, are we?
Extract them with this: http://sourceforge.net/projects/extract-xiso
