So many options, but your PSU might have just failed. Seems like a very obvious one, change the power socket you are using make sure no extension, and also change IEC lead and make sure the fuse isn't blown. :)

I've replaced the PSU but still have the same issue.

Have you checked? I can see it in pictures.

Had a look but there's no actual LEDs - just looks like tiny points on the board where you could possibly solder tiny LEDs
