installing new 970 card. problems

Hi I recently got my new Galax 970 and its not working. I'm stopped by a black screen with the letter A x97 A B in white. Does anyone know what to do?
 
Updated problem

After BIOS it goes normally and then it cuts out some words and in the end all I get is letters and numbers from the shot before.
 
I have done everything I think. Flash drive is set to Fat format. I have tried updating my gigabyte motherboard but at 23 percent it says that it has BIOS id check error.
 
You should post some specs.

Motherboard + bios version
Power supply model
Which Galax 970 model
Anything else that might be relevant.

I'm a retard somehow downloaded the wrong file so I found version f18i and it worked out. Now ill be installing the new card and hopefully it will work out.
