Installing new drive

I would like advice on installing another drive to my pc which has two existing Samsung 500gb ssd drives. One with windows 10 and the other with a few games which is now not large enough.

I thought that I would add another drive rather than replace the existing drive to save reinstalling games with my slow internet.

My motherboard is an Asus Maximus viii Hero Alpha which supports an M.2 (Socket 3) with M key supports type 2242 (22mm x 42mm). 2260 (22mm x 60mm), 2280 (22mm x 80mm) and 22110 (22mm x 110mm) PCIe/SATA storage devices. Could someone please recommend maybe one of these drives that would fit or would it be better to fit another ssd similar to my existing drives if so recommendations please.

It says in my motherboard guide that when an M2 is operating then PCIEX4 will be disabled, would this be a problem.
Thank you for any advice that you can help me with.

Thanks for your reply Savan, I haven't looked yet to see if anything is in the slot but presume from what you have said it is not a problem.
Regarding installing an M2 drive or another SSD drive, would it make much difference which way I decide to go apart from cost.

Depends on how much quicker the faster ones are. I believe that I have read somewhere that regarding using either of them for gaming, in speed there is very little difference.
Could you recommend a few 2tb drives drives for gaming please, and are they all plug and play.
