Installing new HDD's

Ok just got my new HDD's (two Samsung F3's). I've installed in the case and booted. I can see them in device manager but not in "My Computer". What do I need to do from here? It does not give me the option to format or anything but it does give me the option to make different volumes .. do I need "Simple" volume?
Oh, these drives are for storage and not for the OS.

Simple problem...

Right click "My Computer" and then select "Manage"... Click on Disk Management and right click your newly installed HDD's and click "Enable".

Then go into "My Computer" and Format the drive...
