So is there anything different that i need to do when installing my operating system onto my new crucial 64 gb SSD? I have just updated the firmware to 002.. i know that i need to turn defrag and hibernate off and only have the SSD connected when installing.. but is their anything else?

Enable ACHI in the BIOS, I think thats it!

Disable windows indexing when ur in windows and make firefox cache to ram also

I think people disable SMART in bios too? Perhaps someone can clear that up as im not too sure if i want to try disable smart if i get an m4 drive.
