Installing OS

Building a rig with 4 discrete drives. 2 of which will be exactly the same model & size. How should I ensure the one I want gets the OS (W10) installed on it? Is it ok to start the build with just one drive & connect the others later?

Advise you only connect OS drive as Windows 10 has a bad habit of putting the little partitions on the other drives than can be an issue later on.
