Installing programmes problem

When I try and install programmes I get this message

I got the same message when trying to install My sound card CD.

I have run CC Cleaner

and I am on XP

any suggestions

Try google mate, sounds like a pretty obscure error. Much more chance of finding someone on the web who knows. Just type in the generic part of the error message into google and you should find a solution. Other option is to take their advice and contact the call of duty 4 people.

looks like you've screwed your DLL by using some stupid custom theme pack or something

format and don't use one in the future, or stick to a safe one from msfn


either it's replaced the dll or patched it full of bitmaps so it exceeds the size it's supposed to reach (shell32 and or user)
