I recently built a new pc but the sound quality from the on-board sound card on my GA-EX58-UD3R is not as good as my previous pc.
What I want to do is move my Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Sound Card to my new PC. What do I need to do in order not to have conflict between my on board soundcard and my Creative?

Shouldn't have to do anything, I don't think. Just install the card, uninstall any old sound drivers, install new ones, and it should go automatically. As long as you use the jacks from the sound card on the back, it should work just fine.

I normally disable the onboard sound cards in the bios, dont see the point of having it enabled when your not using it. Keeps things simple.
