Installing Steam games to different directories

Thanks guys. It is an excellent program. Just by moving l4d2 and just cause 2, I have already saved 15GB of space on my C drive.

Just another question. Do I have to first download the game to common folder on my C drive (default drive) before moving it to another Hdd and linking back to it via the gamesave manager ?

I believe.... You can start the download, close Steam, move the files, then restart Steam and resume as normal.

No guarantees though. :)
