installing windows on a new pc?

As some of you no im going to get a new PC very soon, I no which pc im getting but just want ask a question. Im getting a new pc and want everything new on it even windows 7. I already have windows 7 pro retail version. I no how to clean install windows and put the updates on. But what would you reccomend buy windows 7 again so its fully new and not been used be for or use the one you have now?. The big thing is that it is windows 7 pro and i save the minimum of £66.66p.

I don't quite get what you asking. Are you going to use the Windows you have now on a different PC after you get your new PC or just install it and use it on the new PC?

I'm also struggling to understand you. You can just use the same disk, what would be the point in getting another one?

sorry. What i mean is is it best buying all new for a new pc even windows 7 then i know everything is new even though i do have windows 7 pro retail already. It just that i want everything new so i no its working in perfect condition. Also if i choose to have windows 7 included when i do buy the pc will it be already installed onto the pc or would i have to do it.?.

still hard to understand but if i get what your asking..

you are asking if you should reinstall windows 7 on a new pc that you will be getting.

the answer is, no. if it comes with windows 7 it should be pre installed for you

The Windows 7 retail that you already have can be used on the new PC, you don't need to buy another one unless you want to use it on the old PC as well. 1 disc=1 licence=1 PC

What will happen is that Win7 will update itself to the current level (Service packs & other updates), this is the same regardless of whether you start with a retail copy purchased when it 1st launched or install a new copy that you purchase today.

You may find that you have to use Microsoft's activation wizard which in turn may require you to make a (Freephone) phone call to their automated service.
