Installing XP on SATA drive - Hit F6 - Which One to choose?

Hi I'm install Windows XP Pro onto a new SATA Maxtor 250GB HD.

I hit F6 to and put in floppy I have from my Abit NF7-S V2.0 motherboard and I get the following choices:

Intel 82801FR SATA RAID Controller 2000/XP/2003
Intel 82801FR SATA AHCI Controller 2000/XP/2003
Intel 82801ER SATA RAID Controller 2000/XP/2003

Silicon Image Sil 3112 SATA RAID XP/Server 2003
Silicon Image Sil 3114 SATA RAID XP/Server 2003

VIA serial ATA RAID controller Windows XP

Which one should I choose?

Why RAID? I don't have (or want) a RAID set up.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that I have the SATA drive connected to the SATA2 port as the SATA1 port has broken (connector bit broke off).

The SiI chipset is only SATA 1 - I think the Intel one is SATA 1 too - could be the VIA RAID.

But let's make it simple - just load them all . Keep pressing S and load each one.

its the sil 3112 on the NF7-S

p.s. its not gonna be intel because its an AMD system, and its not via because you have an Nforce chipset

Oh I see, he meant Sata Port 1 and not SATA1 and SATA2 as in SATA-II. Silly me.
