Instant Coffee

I don't usually drink coffee but with all my uni work + work + going out I struggle to get 6 hour sleep.

I think coffee could get me through the morning/day but I don't know which coffee brands to buy?

Hopefully you guys will know some good coffee. Thanks

If you need a quick pick me up, get some Kickers Energy Spray.

5 sprays under the tongue and its absorbed quickly.

Also saves drinking a litre of red bull and needing the toilet.

Get a cheapo filter or cafetiere along with some proper coffee

You do realise that the manufacturers have to add in synthesised vitamins and all the rest of the good stuff that occurs in real coffee?
This is because the process of turning real coffee beans into something that has been sluiced out of a radiator kills it all off.

rocket fuel coffee, they sell it in asda and it has ridiculous caffiene levels. Tastes ok too.
I haven't drank it in a while though because caffiene gives me a migraine now.

I must be in the minority but I see no real difference in energy levels when drinking coffee.

Dow Egberts is the instant of choice.

Does anyone else think instant coffee is not instant enough? Surely if it's instant then it should be ready within an instant of you wanting it!

I'd recommend Waitrose's Columbian blend. Don't drink loads of cups - just one strong cup (couple of teaspoons in a regular cup) then ride out the rest of the day on cold / ice cold water. You'll pee a lot, but you'll start alert.

No, I can just about cope with waiting long enough for a kettle to boil. However there are plenty of "fast food" places that are anything but fast.
