Instant coffee

Nescafe cafe Azera, but make sure to get the Espresso one, the Americano version is pants.

Disclaimer; I drink it black

How do you all make yours?

Teaspoon of coffee, add boiling water then add milk (like making tea)?

Or do you heat up a mug of milk, stir in teaspoon of coffee?

Some other option?

I don't drink coffee but I'm considering trying to get into it.

I'm with Cainer when it's instant (method and coffee). Kenco Millicano is decent enough for an instant coffee and I always make sure it's milk in first although I don't bother heating the milk first as don't use much anyway.

In a standard issue Gen1 OCUK mug:

- 3/4 deep teaspoon of Carte Noir instant.
- 2-3 heaped deep teaspoons of sugar
- Hot, but not boiling, water.
- Stir clockwise at least 10 times, scraping the bottom of the mug to feel for undissolved sugar granules.
- Stir anti-clockwise against the whirling flow, at least five times.
- Lift out spoon and tap sharply ONCE on the side of the mug.
- Take upstairs, log on and play something.

For the WW2 standard issue US Army pint mug, use 2 full teaspoons of coffee and five or six sugars. Be sure to pay your sugar tax first, though! :p

You'll want to try several kinds.
My Mrs started with a Macchiato. She tolerates Espresso, but hates instants.
